It's been a wonderful day here at the Tracy household today! 

I hope you've had just as much joy with you family as we've had with ours!

And our Christmas celebrations are far from over... 2 more later today!

Well, I'm kind of sad this is my last post for this year..

But at the same time, I'm glad to wear normal clothes again.

Instead of being super weird in ugly Christmas sweaters, 

I'll be my normal weird... And that's weird enough.

So, without further ado, here is my last day!

DAY TWENTY FIVE

A handmade Christmas Coat! What?!

You wish you could look as sexy as I do this Christmas.

I found this at a local thrift store. 

It was actually my first purchase for this year's 25.

Why someone would want to part with it, I cannot comprehend. 

It's so beautiful.

My dad asked if it was a Christmas smoking jacket.

Uh, sure! 

The red "fur" trim is what really makes it special.

I sure have.

And the back... So festive.

I feel so powerful!

Or rich. 

I feel like when I wear this, 

I need to be carrying a Starbucks cup and a small dog...

Year Three: Day Twenty Four!

TOMORROW IS CHRISTMAS!!!

ARE YOU EXCITED?!

I sure am!

And today is my dad's birthday! Hooray!

Lots of festivities happening around the house today and tomorrow.

Well, let's get to today's post, shall we?

DAY TWENTY FOUR

I have a confession to make.

I lied to you.

On this day 2 years ago, I wore my "'Twas the Night Before Christmas" Sweater.

I wore it again last year and said it would be my new yearly tradition.

Well... Like I said... I lied. For two reasons.

1.  Someone borrowed it and I haven't gotten it back yet...RUDE

2. I found this sweater, and I thought it would be perfect for tonight...

Christmas candles!

I thought this sweater was a perfect outfit for our Candlelight service this evening!

When my grandma first saw it earlier today, she didn't see the candles and asked if they were Eskimos.

It was really cute. Haha

I got this particular sweater at Goodwill,

and when someone donated it, they forgot their pin on it!

Lovely!

I bet someone is just so upset they can't find their Joy this year.

Oops.

P.S. This sweater smells kinda funky.

Gross.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU! It's really a bad thing, but Christmas just kind of snuck up on me, even with dear Brennan's Ugly Sweater Countdown, I still had no idea Christmas was already here! Eek! Let me introduce myself.  Hi, I'm Olaf and I like warm hugs! I'm also known as Nina, and I blog over at Grand Adventures of Me about cuddling with Stinkbugs, Christmas traditions, and more. Brennan is letting me grace his blog with my presence today to show you . . . . MY UGLY SWEATER!

My Sister had a Tacky Sweater Christmas Party last week where I felt assuredly awkward and helped my mom wrap presents instead because I didn't know any of my sister's friends from her school. But it is what it is. It was still a fun time! I would show you all the delicious fun snacks that she made that were totally Pinterest worthy, but this blog is about sweaters. Not food. It really was the cutest little party this side of the Mason Dixon Line. I made my tacky sweater (which was actually just an XS shirt from the Men's section at Walmart) all by myself. I stole the idea off Pinterest, but I mean, I'm not a Pinterest artist, so it, of course, looked nothing like the Pinterest photo. Instead, it looked even better!!! I flipped the shirt inside out because it's actually a nice shirt, and I'll probably wear it for real one day after I take off the garland and jingle bows and such. One of my ornaments fell off, but minor details. Paired with a Christmas Tree skirt, I was the tackiest sweater at the party! I told Brennan if I didn't win the prize I was going to be ticked. He told me just to steal it and run away, but it never came to that, thank goodness. Instead, I got to stand there with my tacky sweater in all of my star shining glory. I think my favorite party of the outfit, though, was my Star headband. That took some serious work, folks. Hot glue did not work, but tying a bunch of tacky string worked, and made it all the more awkward looking! And that's all I have for you today, be sure to check my blog out! DAY TWENTY THREE

You knew the sweater with a big gaudy Christmas tree on the front was coming.

It's essential.

A tricycle! And a drum! The perfect combination to give parents headaches!

I think there's an unspoken rule that if you put a bear on a sweater, it has to be as creepy as possible.

We're in the last few days of my blog, and I'm kind of sad that another year of Brennan's 25 days is coming to an end... But I'm glad my family will be glad when I'm not pestering them to take my picture every morning. Haha.

DAY TWENTY TWO

What's everyone up to today?

I'm visiting some cousins today! 

It's my aunt's family Christmas this weekend, 

and I usually come up every year with my grandma. 

Good times are had by all.

Happy Friday, one and all!

I got my Christmas shopping and wrapping finally done!

I'm so excited! 

And as soon as this blog post is done, I'm heading to visit some cousins for a day or so. YAY!

I feel like this sweater is my most attractive one of the bunch.

My step-mom thinks it's ugly and makes me look like a fat old lady.

I think it makes me look adorable.
