Year 8, Day 25!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

We have officially reached the end of Brennan's 25 Days! Can you believe it! It's been an exciting year, and I'm so glad that you keep coming back each year to check out the fun and nonsense!

YEAR 8, DAY 25

O Tannenbaum!

Ok, this one isn't technically a sweater, but I saw it in Target and had to get it for my grand finale. I mean, what's tackier than being a walking Christmas tree?! 

It was the perfect outfit for lounging around the house today. 

After wearing it for a few minutes, I thought to myself... "What would make this even better?" The answer was lights, of course! 

Next year, just hire me to come and stand in your home and you can put the presents underneath me! I'll cut you a deal.

Year 8, Day 24!

Happy Christmas Eve!

I AM SORRY THIS POST IS SO LATE!

Between work this morning, church projects, and celebrating my dad's birthday, I haven't had time to type out my blog! But the other stuff comes first, right? But don't worry! I haven't forgotten about you all. To make up for it, I think I'll do another double post! Sound good? 

YEAR 8, DAY 24

First, we have Christmas flamingos! 

 They seem to be enjoying their Christmas on an island. I should have followed their lead... I could use some beach time! 

Next... a reindeer! I really went with the animal (both fictional and non-fictional) theme this year, didn't I? 

I'm not like a regular reindeer, I'm a cool reindeer. 

Both the flamingo and reindeer sweaters light up, but they didn't show up too well in these pictures. Oh well!

Year 8, Day 23!

Happy Sunday, folks!
I just got home from a great service at church, and I'm getting ready to head to my step mom's extended family bash. It should be a good time!

Because it is now officially the week of Christmas and it's the season of giving, I have decided that I would bless all of my readers with a special double post! And no, it's definitely not because I miscounted the number of sweaters I had this year. I can't believe you would think that. Stop it right now.

YEAR 8, DAY 23

A Christmas suit jacket and tie!

For literally YEARS people have been telling me that I need to purchase a Christmas suit. Did I want one? Yes. Would I have purchased one sooner if they weren't so darn expensive? Yes. Did anyone volunteer to buy me one? No. You guys, doing this ongoing joke year after year is expensive and I'm poor. It sometimes makes me feel like this: 

Since Walmart upped their game this year, I finally found one that didn't break the bank! Even though it didn't come with the pants, it's still super festive! 

I think people at church enjoyed it! I hope you do too. 

Now, here's for a look less formal... Pugs and Kisses!

I'm not sure what unicorns have to do with Christmas, but you KNOW that I'm obsessed with this sweater! 

Have you ever seen a more majestic sweater in your entire life?! A unicorn is literally exploding out of my chest like the movie Alien. 

 I love the pastel colors, sequins, and tinsel!

Year 8, Day 21!

That Friday feeling! Am I right?!

So glad that the work week is almost over! Unfortunately, I still have to work on Monday... But we're getting so close to Christmas! It's going to be a blast!

Does it make me look sexy? 

I feel like I'm just wearing a blanket with jingle bells. 

I thought that it needed an extra touch so I put on a bow tie.

Year 8, Day 20!

Goodness, it's been a morning! I had a stranger yelling at me for no particular reason and I am still shooketh. The computers at the office don't seem to be working. I'm just ready to go home!

But, I'm trying to stay positive... So let's get on with today's post! 

YEAR 8, DAY 20

Llama with antlers and glasses! 

I've seen an uptick in llama popularity in the last several years... I'm not sure why, but I figured that I'd jump on the bandwagon. This llama looks particularly festive, but also stylish and smart. 

I really love the sequins and the pattern on the arms. 

It's another super long sweater, so it's perfect to just lounge around the house in and read. 

 Who doesn't love to curl up with a good book? I've recently decided to revisit the Anne of Green Gables series. It's one of my favorites. 

Oops, I better hold the book down because the llama likes to read too...
