The answer is YES. Yes it is.
It is most definitely not a wall light fixture.
Now this isn't the tackiest vest I've ever seen.
It would look good on a grandmother figure.
(Shout-out to you, Grandma Tracy! You can have this vest if you wish.)
However, what makes it ugly is the fact that no grown man should wear such clothing.
