6 DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS!

I just ordered the last of my Christmas gifts online. 

I had to wait for that paycheck. Thank goodness for free 2 day shipping. 

This is also my last day of work for a couple weeks!

I HAD A VISITOR!

One of Santa's visitors stopped by my office today! 

This is my boss's grandson Rhett! He's quite the character!

This morning in preschool, they had a Polar Express day and they all wore their pj's to school!

He has matching pj's with his little sister! They are so adorable.

He accidentally knocked the my hole puncher off my desk and caught it. 

He said, "I am really strong. If you ever drop it, call me and I'll come pick it up for you!"

A true hero. He also spent a great deal of time shooting me with a Stormtrooper Lego.

I put the Elf musical cast recording as the soundtrack of the day.

I didn't actually listen to it until after I posted it. I couldn't get all the way through it. 

It annoyed me to death.

I went to a Christmas party last night, and we discussed Darius Rucker's song Candy Cane Christmas. It's an adorable song, so his new Christmas album is today's soundtrack.

Only 9 days until Christmas! It's almost here!

DAY SIXTEEN

So I found this one at Walmart awhile back, and it made me laugh... So I had to buy it.

It's the last of the 3 that are brand new this year. The rest are all thrift store finds.

It's getting to the point of the blog that I'm running out of things to say. 

I try to make interesting commentary, but I'm drawing a blank.

But sometimes a sweater just has to speak for itself.

It's ridiculous.

So, right after I purchased this sweater, someone sent me a picture of it and told me I HAD to get it.

For whatever reason, I immediately wanted to return it. Don't tell me what to do.

BUT. I decided to keep it because it was just too funny.

Plus I saw it first. My idea. So there.

Year Four, Day Fourteen!

Greetings, friends! It's Sunday, and it's a crazy busy day for me! This morning at church, I sang with a friend of mine who happens to be a rap artist. (I didn't do any rapping. No one wants to hear that.) In a few minutes, I'm going to get ready for my choir concert this afternoon! I'm so excited! Holiday concerts are my favorite.

DAY FOURTEEN

Okay, so my camera is still not working. Please send help.

But, once again, the iPhone saves the day.

I keep getting compliments on my sweaters.

I never know if people genuinely like them or if they know what's up.

OR if they are like Regina George and immediately say, "That is the ugliest effing sweater I've ever seen!" as soon as I walk away.

Year Four, Day Thirteen!

Busy Saturday, folks!

I had a rehearsal for our choir concert this morning, had lunch with some friends, and then ran a few errands. I have more to do this afternoon. BUT I'm taking a quick break to work on today's post.

Okay, today's post isn't going to plan. I really wanted to find some mistletoe and pose under it, but I couldn't find any... And after I took this picture with my camera, it decided to die on me.
